Belarusian Ministry of Justice prepares appeal about the strike in Poland to International Court
The Belarusian Ministry of Justice is preparing an appeal in connection with the strike of Polish customs officers and is giong to send it to the International Court.
It is reported that the strike caused a critical situation at Belarus-Poland check-points and our state lost dozens of million dollars.
The Ministry of Justice notes that the strike did not only cause major economic losses for Belarus, it also limited social and other rights of citizens who have to spend days waiting at the border.
Moreover, international agreements about the work of border check-points have been violated.
