Belarus's Vladimir Samsonov wins European league in table tennis
The leader of the Belarusian table tennis national team hs won the European Champions League, the most prestigious club tabel tennis tournament in Europe.
The Belgian team Charlerois, led by the Belarusianm clashed in the final with CBC of Austria. The hosts won 3:1 in the first match in Belgium, with Samsonov winning two of his games.
In the second leg, the Belgian club celebrated their victory again, scoring 3:2 and picking the prestigious trophey
Samsonov, 31, is currently ranked 6th in the international table tennis rating, reports BELTA.
