Bodies of trusteeship and guardianship to check conditions of living of Sannikau's and Khalip's son today
The bodies of trusteeship and guardianship of the Partyzanski distrcit of Minsk intend to check the conditions of living of the underage son of the ex-presidential candidate Andrej Sannikau and the journalist Iryna Khalip Daniil on January 18. The journalist's mother Luciana Khalip has informed BelaPAN about this. The representatives of the trusteeship and gurdianship bodies should make a corresponding document after checking of Sannikau's and Khalip's apartment.
Luciana Khalip informed that the preparation of all the necessary documents for execution of guardianship over the boy was completed. She intends to pass these documents to the bodies of trusteeship and guardianship today. According to her, the doctors stated she was healthy enough to be a guardian.
The issue of guardianship over the boy should be considered by the Partyzanski district administration of Minsk in the end of January, stated Khalip.
Luciana Khalip filed an application for guardianship on December 24, after an unexpected visit of the representatives of the guardianship bodies to the nursary school where her grandson goes.
The parents of the 3-year-old Daniil were arrested on December 19 in Minsk after a mass protest action, and imprisoned in the KGB detention canter. They are accused in the framework of the mass disturbances criminal case and face long terms of imprisonment.
