"The City Administration of Internal Affairs states with all responsibility that none of the active participants of the committed crime will avoid punishment, wherever he is now and however safe he feels at the moment. The investigation has enough video and photo materials which show absolutely all the participants of the mass disturbance , which were accompanied with violence, massacre, demolishing of property and armed resistance to the authorities' representatives", — warns Minsk police.
