Court to hear Roman Mentsyuk's appeal on December 5

The Minsk Regional Court will hear Roman Mentsyuk's appeal on December 5.  The Minsk District Court earlier sentenced Mentsyuk, who sped into a "live shield" of civilian vehicles with people inside, to 5 years in prison. The accident took place on the Minsk-Mikashevich highway on March 2, 2008.
