Days of Belarusian culture to take place before Olympics in China
Days of Belarusian culture will take place in China on the eve of the Olympics 2008. The deputy Minister of Culture of Belarus Victar Kurash has informed about it.
The deputy Minister added that many Belarusian and Chinese cities are twin cities.
In particular, Minsk is a twin city of the Chinese Peking and Chanchung. According to Kurash, there are 269 Chinese students studying in Minsk including 187 students of Belarusian State Academy of Music, 4 – of Belarusian State Academy of Arts and 78 students of Belarusian State University of Culture.
