Driving inspectorate gives out flickers with inscriptions against drugs and AIDS
The Belarusian State Driving Inspectorate has started distributing new bracelets-flickers today. The action is organized with the help of the Red Cross and it is called “Be careful on the road of life”. The head of the press service of Minsk driving inspectorate Zhana Traino informed ERB about the details of the campaign:
"We will patrol streets and roads together with the Red Cross and give out flickers with such inscriptions as “My veins are not for drugs” and “AIDS and I go separate ways”.
Thus, such bracelets-flickers will not only make passers-by noticeable, but they will also advertise the healthy life-style. The action of the driving inspectorate and the Red Cross will end in a week.
Zhana Traino said how many bracelets were to be given to Belarusians:
"About 4 thousand flickers will be given out in Minsk and about 10 or 15 thousand – throughout the country”.
