Economy ministry raises maximum prices for dairy products
Belarus's Economy Ministry has raised the level of maximum wholesale prices for milk, yogurt, sour cream and cottage cheese, deputy economy minister Uladzimir Adashkevich told reporters.
The prices saw an avergare increase of 3 percent in October-November and will grow by another 2 percent in December, according to Interfax.
As regards the other types of dairy products whose prices are not regulated by the government (butter, cheeses, milk desserts), Economy Ministry recommends to conduct a gradual increase of prices up to 2-3 percent monthly in the course of the four quarter of 2007.
