External national debt of Belarus amounts to more than 25 trillion Belarusian roubles

External national debt of Belarus amounted to more than 25 trillion Belarusian roubles, which is approximately 8,5 billion US dollars, on the date of August 1. The fixed limit is 11 billion dollars. Such information was provided by the Belarusian Ministry of Finance. The whole dept is composed mostly of long-term debts.

As it was stated by the Ministry of Finance before, the credit status according to external national debt, compared with norms recommended by the World Bank, shows that Belarus is among the countries with low external debt, informs BelaPAN.
