False bomb alarm at town hall in Zhabinka

The town hall in Zhabinka, Brest region was evacuated after a false terror alarm. The police did not find a bomb but detained a 40-year-old local resident who reported the false bomb alert on the phone, reports Interfax-Zapad news agency.
Meanwhile in Homel, a nine-grade local student planted a "bomb" in a house. The police had no problem to locate and detain the jester.
