Head of Moscow District Court of Minsk is dismissed
The head of Moscow District Court of Minsk Anatol Savich has been dismissed according to Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s order, informs Radio “Liberty”. Unofficial sources report that a criminal case for power abuse and bribery has been started against the former head of the court. It has not been confirmed officially yet.
The majority of ministries and offices are situated in Moscow District. Believers of the church “New Life” tried to cancel a decision of the city authorities in Moscow District Court. Notorious cases including the case of the former presidential contender Alyaksandr Kazulin were considered in this court.
