Lawyers prepare appeal to change Nyaklyayeu’s measure of restraint

The lawyer of a former presidential candidate Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu, Uladzimir Burshtynov, is preparing an appeal to change his measure of restraint.
Nyaklyayeu’s lawyer Tamara Sidarenka has informed about it. The lawyer will most likely lodge the complaint on January 3.

Tamara Sidarenka said that she had not managed to meet Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu on December 31. The meeting rooms in the KGB detention centre were occupied as usual, informs “Belarusian Partisan”.
