Lithuanians ready to invest 20 million Euro in chain stores in Hrodna region

Lithuanian investors are interested in building of a shopping center and chain stores of step-by-step availability in Hrodna and Hrodna region, informs BELTA. The companies "Senukaj"  and "Zabolis partners" together with Minsk company "OMO" are ready to implement such a project in the region and invest 20 million Euro in it. The investors will be suggested plots of land for organization of their business in the regional center and in the districts. They will also be offered to participate in the shared construction of residential properties for opening the stores at the ground floors of the residential buildings.
