Maria Sharapova fund’s scholarship contest starts in BSU
A contest for the scholarship provided by the fund of a famous tennis player Maria Sharapova has been announced in Belarusian State University, reports “Minsk-News”.
The scholarship of $3500 is aimed to support talented young people from regions affected by Chernobyl disaster. The fund awards this scholarship taking the recommendation of the university’s selection commission into account.
In order to get “Sharapova’s scholarship”, a student should be good at studies and participate in civil, scientific and voluntary activities.
