MEP: European Commission planned “to award official Minsk”
MEP Richard Charnecky has claimed that the European Commission suggested a document that could allow crediting the official Minsk to the European Parliament.
Richard Charnecky, a Polish MEP, has written in his blog that the European Commission suggested a document that would allow European Investment banks to credit Belarus to the European Parliament. However, the EP budget committee rejected the suggestion.
