Mіhaіl Saakashvіlі becomes official winner of presidential elections

The Central Election Commission of Georgia has announced its decision about the results of the presidential elections that took place on January 5. According to it, Mihail Saakashvili is the winner.
The final document was signed by 7 members of the Central Election Commission. 6 representatives of opposition parties refused to do it and claimed that the results of the election were rigged.

The final data received by the Georgian CEC testifies to the fact that Saakashvili got 53.4% of votes while his main competitor, an opposition candidate Levan Gachechiladze got 25.6%.
