Ministry of Foreign Affairs still waiting for OSCE experts to help investigate Biabenin's death

"OSCE secretariat confirmed their readiness to take over responsibility for all the technical issues of organization of the visit. We are waiting for their notification when the experts can arrive in Belarus", Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Andrej Savinykh told reports at a news briefing in Minsk
Belarus earlier declared its' willingness to invite one or two experts-criminalists from the OSCE countries at the plenary session of the OSCE Permanent Council on September 9. The experts are to help investigate the circumstances of journalist Aleh Biabenin's death.
