Minsk courts restore rights of 15 parents in Minsk this year

Minsk City Executive Committee has summarized the results of President’s decree #18 “On additional measures concerning social protection of children in problem families”. The number of orphans has decreased by 200 in this period. 59% of children have returned from asylums to their families. 15 parents have restored their rights, reports “Minsk-News”.

There are 3149 obliged people in Minsk now. 351 negligent parents have already paid all their debts to the state according to article #18.
