Old lifting crane collapses and kills a person in Pinsk (photo)

A tower crane used for the construction of a multi-storied block of flats collapsed on the construction site. The crane’s truss hit the driver’s cab of a truck. The driver died on the spot.
Investigators and state technical supervisors are working there now. It has been revealed that the crane was too old to be operated.
