People in Mahiliou region push for Kazulin's release

Fifty residents of the Mahiliou region have filed a written appeal to the Supreme Court of Belarus, requesting to release the former presidential contender Alexander Kazulin, who is currently serving the second year of his five-year prison term. The citizens believe that the vervict of the court was not fair. They are demanding to acquite Kazulin and drop all the charges against him, reports Belapan news agency.
