Policemen on duty near attics at Victory Square in Minsk
Policemen are watching attics of blocks of flats at Victory Square in Minsk.
It is probably connected with the Russian President’s visit to Belarus. Putin and Lukashenka are going to lay flowers to the eternal fire at Victory Square.
To provide their security some thoroughfares will be blocked for cars today.
As far as ERB got to know, the police are planning to leave at about 4 p.m.
