A political prisoner Andrei Bandarenka has been transferred from Babruisk colony to Minsk confinement cell. According to Radio “Liberty”, he will wait for a retrial there.
Let us remind you that Minsk City Court cancelled the decision of Pershamaiski District Court of Minsk concerning Andrei Bandarenka’s case and sent him to a retrial on December 15.
The retrial will start on February 1 in Pershamaiski District Court. Meanwhile, Andrei Bandarenka had been kept in Babruisk colony since the end of November. He has already been sent to the punishment cell thrice because the entrepreneur has not pled guilty and has not signed the obligation “to return to the right track”.
According to Pershamaiski District Court’s cancelled decision, Bandarenka is sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment and property confiscation for stealing money from a customer company. The entrepreneur did not plead guilty and explained the prosecution with revenge for his participation in the parliamentary election in 2008.
