Prices for flats in Minsk are dropping; one square metre has become cheaper by 51 dollars
The average price for a one-room flat in the capital has reached two thousand dollars again. According to Realt.by, people used to pay 2051 dollars for one square metre several months ago. Experts think that the decrease in prices is connected with the growing offer at the housing market. For example, there are about 7.5 thousand flats for sale in Minsk now. There used to be only 2.5 thousands last year, reports “Komsomolskaya pravda v Belarusi”.
According to realtors, the prices will continue dropping but only flats in old houses and in bedroom communities will be getting cheaper. Elite flats and flats in newly-erected buildings will be growing more and more expensive.
