BCD's claim against Ministry of Justice to be heard in Supreme Court today
The BCD steering committee "does not think there is any sense to continue participation in a trial the results of which are known beforehand".
The Supreme Court is to consider the BCD's claim without their presence today.
The press-center of the "Belarusian Christian Democracy" has informed about this.
"We refuse to take part in a farce which is called a "court trial" and declare herewith that we will continue acting as a steering committee and will not give up our attempts to register a party which in fact already exists, but the authorities refuse to register it", —the press-center informs.
Let us remind you, the steering committee for creating the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy" conducted 3 founding congresses for the last 2 years, filed the documents for registration 3 times and received 3 refusals from the Ministry of Justice, after a serious pressure on the founders of the party.
