Brest regional court to consider Dzianis Turcyniak's complaint today
An observer of the movement "For Freedom!" is complaining at the city executive committee's officials. He recorded a violation at the polling station.
Local officials refused to punish the guilty.
Turchyniak filed a complaint to the Lenin district court of Brest. The court considered this complaint on January 28 and refused to start a case.
Turchyniak addressed with a similar complaint to the Brest regional executive committee and to the public prosecutor's office. The latter refused to start a case, and the officials of the regional executive committee did not respond to the complaint at all. Today the complaint will be onsidered by the regional court. After that it will be directed to the UNO, Radio Liberty informs.
"I do not hope much that the regional court will take my side. However, I am preparing the documents to claim the decision in the UN human rights commission since the very beginning", - Dzianis Turchyniak has said.
