Smolava gains suit against “Kamsamolka” at law
Minsk Partisan District Court satisfied Palina Smolava’s suit against “BelKP-PRESS” about honour protection on April 11.
The singer’s lawyer, Hanna Karaneuskaya, has informed that the closed company “BelKP-PRESS” has been fined for 3 million roubles and one of the authors of “Komsomolskaya Pravda in Belarus” – for 300 thousands. The lawyer has explained that the complaint was lodged in the autumn of 2009 and concerned the article “Polina Smolova fails career in Moscow?” published by the newspaper in June, informs BelTA.
