“Reporters without Borders” worried about Lukashenka’s wish to control bynet
A human rights defense organization “Reporters without Borders” is worried about the recent Belarusian President’s statement about the necessity to tighten control of the Belarusian Internet.
“The main threat to the Belarusian Internet is a slow death of suffocation as a result of repressions organized by high-rank governmental officials”, - is said in the appeal posted on the official organization’s web site.
Human rights defenders think that “Belarus needs liberalization instead of supervision”, - is stressed in the appeal.
