The retirement of the head of the driving inspectorate of the capital Vasil Bulbyankou may be connected with the arrest of his son. “Belaruski Partyzan” informs about it. Bulbyankou confirmed that his son spent some tine in the confinement cell in an interview with the edition. He was suspected of having hit a woman. “But he was not guilty of it and there are no more questions he has to answer. There will be no trail”, - said Vasil Bulbyankou. He claims that he took the decision to retire himself.

“Belaruskі Partyzan” claims that the fact that Bulbyankou did not agree with the Minister of Internal Affaires Uladzimir Navumau once may be another reason for his retirement.
