Supreme Court acquits S.Syamyonau who asked for declarations in Belarusian
A Homel inhabitant Syarhei Syamyonau returned from his work in Ukraine on November 17 and received the decision of the head of the Supreme Court Valyantsin Sukala.
The document cancels the decision of Central District Court of Homel about the responsibility of Syamyonau for his refusal to fill in a customs declaration in Russia, reports BelaPAN.

A protocol about an administrative infringement was drawn up against the Homel dweller. Homel Court returned Syamyonau guilty and fined him for 930 thousand BRB on August 30.
