Trial against Haretski to be resumed after they receive fax from Bialystok

The chief office of the "Radio Racyja" must confirm that Barys Haretski is their correspondent. This has been informed to Euroradio by Barys Haretski's colleague Siarhej Budkin.  Let us remind you, Haretski stands trial for participation in the non-sanctioned action on December 19. Barys has said in court that he was at the action as a journalist. He suggested the court to see and listen to the materials which he prepared on that day as a proof. 

However, Haretski's journalist certificate nearly expired by then - the due date was December 31. The judge has agreed to announce a break upon the lawyer's request in order to wait for the confirmation of Barys' status as a journalist from Bialystok.
