Venezuela offers $500m for a joint investment fund with Belarus

Venezuela is set to contribute $500 million to a joint investement agency with Belarus, according to Victor Sheiman, the State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus, who led the Belarusian delegation at the talks in Caracas. During the negotiations, the sides have finalized the coordination of measures associated with the establishement of the Investment Fund, which aims to fund joint business projects between Belarus and Venezuela, said the press office of the Security Council of Belarus, reports Belta news agency.
