An off-hand concert was organized near the musician’s wall.
August 15 was the 20th anniversary of Victor Tsoi’s death. Music fans decided to commemorate him not far from the concert hall “Minsk” where the rock musician’s wall is situated now.

Several dozen people gathered there on Sunday at 6 p.m. – adult women and teenagers who had not even been born in August 1990.

An off-hand concert of Tsoi’s songs began soon. A police lieutenant colonel appeared less than an hour later and informed that people could gather and talk but singing with amplifiers was an unauthorized mass event. Special police officers detained two drunken people 10 minutes later.

However, Tsoi’s fans were allowed to conduct their concert in the end, but only until 9 p.m. According to the lieutenant colonel, “disappointed fans” of Brest “Dynama” were going to return to the railway terminal from Kuntsaushchyna then.

Tsoi’s fans sang “Good Night” together and left after 9 p.m.
