VII Academy of Ancient Music to start today in Minsk
VII Academy of Ancient Music will take place in Minsk on October 18-23, informs BELTA. Master-classes on solo and group performance, and lectures dedicated to Baroque music culture will take place in the framework of the event.
The Academy will be closed by the concert "Italian Music Baroque" with participation of "Bach Coterie" of the Belarusian Academy of Music. The concert will take place in the evening on October 22 in the National Art Museum.
Concerts of the youth Belarusian-French orchestra, which consists of students of the Belarusian Academy of Music and the National Conservatory of the French region Nancy, will take place on October 20 and 21. The conductor is the rector of the Nancy conservatory, Professor Jean-Philippe Navarre.
