Volha Havartsova goes up to 41st position in world tennis rating

The fact that Volha Havartsova made it to the final of a tennis tournament in Memphis (USA) allowed the Belarusian player to go up from the 49th to the 41st place in the rating of the Women’s Tennis Association.
It is a new record of the 19-year-old tennis player. Victoria Azaranka went down from the 25th to the 28th position and Tatstsyana Puchak — from the 111th to the 118th. Azaranka went down from the 19th to the 20th position in the pair rating, Puchak went up from the 31st to the 30th and Darya Kustava remained 80th.

Maxim Mirny went up from the 207th to the 204th position in the men’s rating while Uladzimir Valchkou remained 401st. Mirny went up from the 20th to the 19th position in the pair rating while his British partner Jamey Murray went down from the 39th to the 40th position.
