Youth activist, soldier Shyla wants to pass English exam in Poland
Ivan Shyla, a youth pro-democracy activist, who is now serving the army, has asked Poland's education minister to allow him to pass his English exam in Poland. Thus, he could obtain his secondary education certificate.
Belapan reminds that in the summer of 2008 Shyla was expelled from school ahead of the last exam "for political reasons". In February 2009, he was drafted into the Belarus Army.
