A.Byahun: Kazulin can go abroad as his conviction was eliminated by amnesty

VIPs can go abroad while many ordinary opposition activists get added on the list of people forbidden to leave the country. For example, a former political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin is paying visits to numerous American and European politicians.
ERB asked the deputy head of the migration and citizenship department Alyaksei Byahun whether A.Kazulin was on the list of people forbidden to go abroad.

Byahun: I think he was amnestied.
ERB: But it does not eliminate his conviction…
Byahun: It does!
ERB: So he can go abroad!
Byahun: He can.
