A Belarusian Alyaksandr Hleb has been recognized as the second best football player in the CIS and Baltic states. According to a Russian newspaper “Sport-Express”, a Ukrainian Anatoli Timoshchuk from “Zenit” occupies the first position and a Russian Pavel Pogrebnyak is in the third place, reports 24.ua.
