Iranian communists strip down in Stockholm (photo)
They got inspired by the Ukrainian organization FEMEN.
Young
activists of the Communist party of Iran and the Organization for prevention
violence against women in Iran conducted the action right before the
International Day for women's rights protection. According to the information
provided by the UNIAN news agency, the Iranians stripped down in the center of Stockholm as a protest
against wearing hijab.
They wrote down on their bodies "My Nudity - My Protest!" and
"No Hijab!". They were also holding posters reflecting anti-Islamic
actions of the women's movement FEMEN.
