Liavon Volski sings in London for the first time (photo)

Liavon Volski has sung in London for the first time ever on the night of October 9. The N.R.M. frontman has made an observation of his creative work for 20 years, starting from the very first songs ending with the latest ones, for the British audience. The gig has started with "The Earth", a song which was recorded back in 1989 by "Mroja". Then Volski has sung several songs from collective albums "I was born here" and "People's Album", made an introduction of the N.R.M. oevreu and added something from the "White Thunder Apple-tree". The only album which he has left outside the program was the "You'll find this nowhere else" - he has sung just one song from it - "Give Me a Sign".

The meeting has taken place in the Belarusian House at 52 Penn Road. This is the place where the Union of Belarusians of Britain is located. Volski's visit to London has happened upon the invitation of the English-Belarusian Association, founded in 1954.
