Ministry of Defense explains why military machinery headed for Minsk

The Belarusian Ministry of Defense has explained why military machinery was being dislocated near the capital on the evening of December 15. A column of armored troop-carriers with soldiers was noticed on the highway Minsk – Moscow. The machines were heading for the Belarusian capital. People assumed that it was connected with the fact that the President organized a meeting to discuss the election period security on that day.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, the machinery and personnel of one of the elements of the 120th mechanized brigade were returning to their usual dislocation place in Uruchie District from Barysau firing ground, informs BelaPAN.
