People fear snipers as Orsha preparing for harvest festival

Final touches are taking place in Orsha which will host this year's harvest festival "Dazhynki". Security agencies have already instructed local residents living along central streets to close down and put veils on all the windows and never approach them. According to belnarod.org, there are rumors about snipers on the roofs of the buildings.
