ONT: Lukashenka signed Kavalyou and Kanavalau’s order at start of March

According to him, the decree according to which Kavalayou and Kanavalau could not be pardoned was signed by the state leader at the beginning of the month. Information about it appeared last week. The fact that Kavalayou and Kanavalau had been executed was reported at the weekend.
