The Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, has congratulated Alyaksandr Lukashenka on his reelection to the position of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The Belarusian leader’s press service has informed BelTA about it. "Taking the opportunity, I would like to note the warm relations connecting our states and the mutual aspiration for their development and strengthening in various fields for mutual benefit”, - is said in the congratulation.
