10 homeless people freeze to death in Minsk
10 homeless people, including one woman, have died of overcooling in Minsk since early January. The Minsk City Police Department said 514 homeless people, mostly Belarus citizens, were accommodated at a flophouse to wait out strong frost. Last night, temperature went down to negative 30 degrees, the record cold weather since 1987.
