12:39 Mission of World Bank to start working in Minsk tomorrow
A mission of the World Bank headed by Pec Salminen, senior specialist on power engineering, is going to visit Minsk from April 23 till April 27.
According to the Belarusian representative office of the World Bank, experts will access the realization of the project of modernizing infrastructure in the social field and the way the Japanese government’s grant for preventing climatic changes and rehabilitation of regions contaminated after the Chernobyl disaster is being used.
The mission members will meet representatives of the department of liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl disaster of the Emergency Control Ministry, the Ministry of power engineering, State Standards Committee on energy efficiency, the concern “Belpalivagaz” and the Ministry of Finance.
