2 policemen injured during opposition action in Minsk
Two police officers sustained injuries during the unsanctioned street action on March 25 in central Minsk, Anatol Kulyashou from the Minsk City Police Department told the official news agency Belta. "Two officers were injured. One of them had a knee injury", Kulyashou said.
Kulyashou also said that 88 people were detained when breaking up an opposition action on Freedom Day. 13 minors were passed over to their parents. 2 people were released without charges.
The remaining detainees are facing administrative charges of violating the procedures for the organization of mass events. They will today stand trials in Minsk's district courts, Belta reported.
