32 blast victims are in Minsk hospitals

32 victims of the explosion that took place on July 4 are still in Minsk and Vitsebsk hospitals. One of them is still in a serious condition and four people are in a moderate condition. The rest are in a satisfactory condition. The Ministry of Healthcare informs that three people were discharged from Minsk hospitals yesterday.
