American lawyer Zeltser is sent to mental hospital

An American lawyer Emanuel Zeltser has been sent to mental hospital. He was detained at Minsk airport on March 12 and was kept in the KGB confinement cell until now.
Zelser was suspected of forging documents. Belarusian KGB refused to give any comments on Emanuel Zeltser being in mental hospital.

Let us remind you that the US Department of State made an appeal on March 14. It urged the Belarusian authorities to stick to its international commitments and to let Zeltser meet representatives of the US Embassy in Minsk regularly, informs Radio Liberty.
