Americans commemorate victims of terrorist act of September 11, 2001

The US President George Bush and other American officials will take part in events dedicated to the commemoration of victims of the terrorist act of September 11, 2001 in the American capital today. Terrorists directed three passenger planes at the building of the World Trade Centre in New York and the Pentagon in Washington. More than three thousand people died in the terrorist act.

 According to “Interfax”, this day will begin with a one minute’s silence in the USA. Then President George Bush will take part in the opening of a memorial complex in the Pentagon.
