Andrei Bandarenka's case to be reconsidered today
A court trial on the case of a businessman and a UCP member Andrei Bandarenka will be resumed today in Minsk city court at 10:00.
Let us remind you, the trial should have taken place yesterday, but the witness failed to appear in court.
Let us remind you that Bandarenka managed to achieve reconsideration of the case, having spent a year in prison in accordance with the sentence made against him upon accusations in stealing and then in swindling.
Andrei Bandarenka ran for deputy of the House of Representatives in 2008, but was not elected. He tried to challenge the election results but found himself in prison for 6 years.
The businessman's father Valer Bandarenka speaks about the third court trial against his son. According to him, one of the witnesses has amended his testimony.
